La ley núm. 23126, de 1984 (ISN= 20658) permitió restablecer la aplicación de los convenios colectivos que habían quedado suspendidos en virtud de las leyes núm. 21476, de 1977 (ISN= 20659) y núm. 21418, de 1976 (ISN= 20660). La ley núm. 22425 (ISN= 20657) derogó el estatuto especial para el personal de empleados de compañías de seguros, reaseguros, capitalización y ahorro correspondientes al sector privado, incorporando dichos trabajadores a la regulación establecida por el régimen de contrato de trabajo (texto ordenado publicado en Serie Legislativa, 1976-Arg.1). El artículo 10 de la ley núm. 22425 suspendió la aplicación de los contratos colectivos núm. 11/75 y núm. 18/75 y autorizó al Ministerio del Trabajo a adecuar las disposiciones de los mencionados contratos colectivos al nuevo régimen para los trabajadores de los sectores bancario y del seguro.

Requires informing persons admitted to any residential institution or programme of their legal rights. Medical practitionners appointed or employed have their conditions of employment and remuneration set by the Public Services Board and are subject to disciplinary standards set forth in Schedule 4 appended to the present Act. Other staff employed by the Department under the Public Service Act 1974 remain subject to that Act.
