The Regulations also amend the recordkeeping requirements imposed on employers of homeworkers.

La Caja podrá organizar regímenes complementarios al sistema general. Los afiliados a la Caja que cesen o hayan cesado en la actividad sin causal jubilatoria podrán optar por mantener afiliación voluntaria abonando el monto de los aportes patronales y personales sobre la base de una asignación ficta fijada por la Caja. El período de afiliación voluntaria se asimilará a la situación de actividad, etc.
