    Modifies rules which restricted the manufacture of most types of jewelry, gloves and mittens, buttons and buckles, embroidery and handkerchiefs by persons in the home. Henceforward, employers may employ workers in these industries to work at home, subject to obtaining a certificate from the Department authorising such employment. The Regulations also amend the recordkeeping requirements imposed on employers of homeworkers.

Para que se acumulen servicios anteriores amparados por otros organismos de seguridad social el personal comprendido en el art. 1 deberá completar 3 años de actividad continua o discontinua posterior a la vigencia de la ley y para los que ingresen con posterioridad este período se extenderá a 5 años, salvo excepciones. La Caja podrá organizar regímenes complementarios al sistema general. Los afiliados a la Caja que cesen o hayan cesado en la actividad sin causal jubilatoria podrán optar por mantener afiliación voluntaria abonando el monto de los aportes patronales y personales sobre la base de una asignación ficta fijada por la Caja. El período de afiliación voluntaria se asimilará a la situación de actividad, etc.

Makes provision for work plans and programs, documents on environment and safety, requirements on environmental protection and safety, responsibilities in case of accident, requirements on natural resources preservation, oil and gas safety zones, drilling, oil and gas exploitation, equipment, obligation to dismantle works, petroleum insurance, information supply, and confidential information. Chapter III deals with petroleum contracts, Chapter IV with rights and obligations of organisations and individuals conducting petroleum activities, Chapter V with taxation and finance, Chapter VI with state management of petroleum activities, Chapter VII with inspection of petroleum activities, Chapter VIII with violations and sanctions, and Chapter IX with the implementation of this decree.
