Les intempéries rendent l'accomplissement du travail effectivement dangereux pour la santé ou la sécurité des travailleurs ou impossible.

    Establece que los trabajadores de la industria de la construcción encuadrados en el marco de lo dispuesto en el inciso c) del artículo 1 de la Ley núm. 22250, gozarán de un régimen previsional diferencial, pudiendo acceder a la jubilación cuando alcancen la edad de cincuenta y cinco años, sin distinción de sexo, en tanto acrediten trescientos meses de servicios con aportes computables a uno o más regímenes del sistema de reciprocidad previsional, de los cuales, al menos, el ochenta por ciento de los últimos 180 meses deben haber sido prestados en la precitada industria.
