|Résumé/Citation:||In the Labour Code changes, inter alia, the wording of the titles of Chapter 26 which now reads: "Guarantees and compensations to workers combining work with education also to workers who are allowed to apply for the degree of Candidate of Sciences or Doctor of Sciences", article 173.1 (Guarantees and compensations to workers combining work with higher education) also rephrasing parts 1,2 of the same article; introduce wording changes to article 331 (Right to be engaged in educational system), parts 1-10, 12 of article 332 also changing the title of it which now reads: "Peculiarities of conclusion and termination of employment contract with workers of organizations carrying out educational activity aimed at realization of educational programmes of higher education and additional professional programmes". Introduces a new Chapter 52.1 (Peculiarities of regulation of labour of scientific workers, heads of scientific organizations, their deputies.
In the Law on Science and State Scientific-Technical Policy, supplements articles 4 (Scientific worker, specialist of scientific organization and worker of the field of scientific service. Public associations of scientific workers) with a new paragraph; repeals para 3 of article 4.1 (Preparation of dissertations for applying for scientific degree of candidate of sciences, scientific degree of doctor of sciences); introduces a new para to article 5 (Scientific organization).
