Second Region

Establishes that the compliance of the requirements of the 2006 Convention on the Maritime Labour is ensured by the Russian Federation (RF) Ministry of Transport, the Federal Agency of Sea and River Transport, the RF Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, the RF Ministry of Health, the RF Ministry of Foreign Relations, the Federal Migration Agency, and the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare. The Decree also establishes that the coordination of the activity of the federal bodies of the executive power is carried out by the RF Ministry of Transport.
