| Résumé/Citation: | Chapter I: General Provisions Chapter II: Procedure for carrying out special inspection of working conditions Chapter III: Organizations carrying out special inspections of working conditions, and experts of the organizations carrying out special inspections of working conditions Chapter IV: Final Provisions Article 18 of the law (Federal State information Scorecard for the special inspection of working conditions) enters into force on 1 January 2016. Up to 1 January 2016 information contained in Article 18 is passed to the federal executive body that is authorized to carry out federal state supervision over the observance of labour legislation and other normative legal Acts containing labour law provisions. |
