Amends article 112 (Public Holidays) introducing minor procedural changes in determining holidays as well article 136 (The Manner, Place, and Due Dates of the Payment of a Wage) regulating employers' duties to detail information contained in the salary slips on the various components of the final amount. Introduces minor wording changes to article 236 (Material Liability of an Employer for Delay in Payment of Wages and Other Disbursements Payable to the Employee) of the Labour Code and to para 7 of article 122 (The Claims which Entail a Court Order Issue) of the Civil Procedure Code. |
