| Résumé/Citation: | Introduces minor wording changes to several articles of Chapter 51 (Peculiarities of Regulation of the Work of Athletes and Coaches) of the Labour Code, namely to para 1 of article 348.1 (General Provisions), para 2 of article 348.2 (Peculiarities of Conclusion of Employment Contracts with Athletes and Coaches), to para 3 of article 348.5 (Suspension of the Athlete from Participating in a Competition), para 1 of article 348.6 (Sending of Coaches, Athletes to Russian Federation's National Selections), para 4 of article 348.10 (Additional Guarantees of Compensation for Athletes and Coaches). Additionally introduces, minor wording changes in the Law on Compulsory Social Insurance for Occupation Accidents and Diseases (Sobranie Zakonodatelstva, 1998, N 31,. 3803; 2010, N 50, 6606), in Tax Code (Sobranie Zakonodatelstva, 2000, N 32, 3340 ) and in Law on Insurance Contributions to Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, Fund for Social Insurance of the Russian Federation, Fund for Compulsory Medical Insurance (Sobranie Zakonodatelstva, 2009, N 30, 3738 ) |
