| Résumé/Citation: | Act consolidating and updating the law relating to detention in reform institutions. Part II provides for powers, privileges and duties of officers. Section 8 provides that "no officer shall be a member of a trade union or any other association having as an object the control or influence of the pay, pensions, or conditions of service of its members". The Act repeals a series of Acts set forth in a Schedule. |
