| Résumé/Citation: | Contains 3 chapters concerning, inter alia: Chapter 1: Payment of fees. Chapter 2: Refund of fees. Chapter 3: Entry into force and transitional provisions. Pursuant to article 9h ss. 7 of the Aliens Act (No. 947 of 2011) this order provides for regulations requiring new immigrants to Denmark must pay a fee under article 9h (ss. 1 no. 2-7, 9-11, 14-16 and 18) into a bank account specified by the part of the Immigration Service, which falls under the Ministry of Employment. Fees for submission of application for renewal of a permit referred to in the Aliens Act article 9h must be paid into a bank account specified by the Immigration Service under the Ministry of Employment. |
