|Résumé/Citation:||Amends, inter alia, article 64.1 of the Labour Code concerning the terms of employment of former public and municipal servants. It namely provides that when a former public servant, listed in the regulations, enters into a new employment contract within two years following the termination of the former employment contract, they must inform their employer about their last postition. The employer then has ten days, following the conclusion of the new employment contract, to notify the representative of State or municipal employer.
Law also introduces similar anti-corruption clauses to the Law on State Civil Service of 2004.
