Article 2. Amendments to the Book III of the Social Code §130. al 2 after phrase has take advantage of .. the following has been added: as well as period of family care leave or after care time derived from Family Care Leave Law.
Article 3. Amendments to the Social Code. Book IX - Rehabilitation and Participation of Disabled Persons §18 al 3 the following is added: the employer of the person caring according to Family Care Leave Law.
