| Résumé/Citation: | Adds to the Act No. 5/2004 Sections 50d (Contribution for preserving of employment), 50e (Contribution for creation of new workplace), 50f (Contribution to the salary of the employee), 50g (Contribution for the support of independent lucrative activity), 50h (Contribution for the independent lucrative activity in the domain of agricultural products and trading with them). Also amends the Section 53(3) by changing the figure of 99.59 Euros to 135 Euros. Adds Sections 72e to 72g under the title of "Transitory provisions to the regulation in force at 1st of March 2009". Amends the Section 142(4) of the Act No. 311/2001 (Labour Code) and adds Section 252c containing transitory provisions. |
