| Résumé/Citation: | Amends some provisions concerning conditions of destitution of public servants of managerial level; conditions of financing of continuous training of state employees as well as their remuneration and eligibility for promotion to different salary category. Modifies the following sections of the Act No. 312/2001: Section 5(3,7,8), Section 7(5), Section 10(6-13), Section 14(1,8-12), Section 30(1,4), Section 31(2), Section 40(3), Section 41(1,3), Section 77(4-15), Section 82(5), Section 85(2), Section 106(1,7), Section 149, Sections 165f, 165g, 165h. Modifies the following sections of the Act No. 453/2003: Section 5(5). Adds to the Act a Section 11. |
