| Résumé/Citation: | Amends provisions on holidays. The worker is entitled to take one fourth of his holidays when he chooses to, the employer can call the worker back from holidays in emergency situations, the worker can postpone maximum one fourth of his holidays to the next year. Also contains provisions on the remuneration of "borrowed workers". Contains provisions on the guarantee of salary in case of bankruptcy of the employer and on labour inspection. |
