| Résumé/Citation: | Amends the Pension Funds Act, 1956, inter alia, to clarify certain expressions and provisions in line with their practical application. Updates references to legislation and institutions. Deletes outdated provisions. Clarifies the provisions on the determination and apportionment of actuarial surplus in a pension fund. Provides for the application of the said Act to certain funds. Provides for the granting of a minimum pension increase to pensioners and extends and clarifies the provisions on deductions that may be made from pension benefits. |
