| Résumé/Citation: | Determines the number of days of holidays public servants and judges are entitled to during a year. The number of days increases with age. There are three age groups: up to 30 years, up to 40 years and over 40 years. The present decree takes into account the provisions of the Decree on the Maternity Protection of Civil Servants. |
