| Résumé/Citation: | The Act addresses a possible area of unconstitutionality in the principal Act, namely the designation of presiding officers by the Minister. This is intended to enhance the independence of the judiciary. The Act also ensures that members of the judiciary at the lower court level who preside in cases emanating from the application of the principal Act receive adequate training on the principal Act, the content of which is developed by members of the judiciary. |
