Résumé/Citation: Public servants and officials who have worked in the public sector for a minimum of 25 years, who are no more than 3 years before they could retire or retire early and who cannot keep their position because of structural changes can enter this programme and receive monthly 60% of their previous pay.
If they agree to resort to the service facilitating employment, they can be placed in the special employment unit.
