| Résumé/Citation: | Regulates inter alia the remuneration of prisoners and persons in custody. Defines the obligation for prisoners to work or to execute at least 4 hours a day activities of public interest if he/she is not prevented from working by his/her age or health. Provides for the conditions under which persons under custody can work. Makes also provision for health and pension insurance of prisoners. Amend Acts No. 99 of 1963, No. 59 of 1965 and No. 156 of 1993. |
