Made under Industrial Relations Act. Regulates working conditions of Office Attendants and Head Office Attendants. Establishes monthly basic wages of Office Attendants and Head Office Attendants. Also provides for appointment of Head Office Attendant, working hours, extra work, payment of wages, travelling benefits, outfitting, annual leave, sick leave, special leave, funeral expenses, end of year bonus, driving allowance, medical expenses, maternity benefits, overseas leave, and gratuity at death or on retirement before age of 60.
