Second Region

Provides that enterprises, establishments and organizations shall establish a minimum number of jobs reserved for persons who are in need of social protection, face difficulties in finding a job or are unable to compete on equal terms in the labour market. Applies to the following persons: single parents and parents with many children under 14 years of age and with disabled children; youth graduated from educational institutions, during first year after graduation; persons dismissed from armed forces and other security forces; disabled persons and persons of pre-retirement age; and persons released from penal institutions and persons who were subject to compulsory medical treatment. Regulates procedure for creation of such jobs.
