| Résumé/Citation: | New Act on the protection of young persons. Consolidates and reforms provisions of the Youth Protection in the Public Act (Gesetz zum Schutze der Jugend in der Oeffentlichkeit - JöSchG) and the Act on the circulation of publications and media contents dangerous for young persons (Gesetz über die Verbreitung jugendgefährdender Schriften und Medieninhalte - JgefSchrG). These two laws are repealed as soon as this law comes into force. |
