Amends Sections 13(1), 13(2), 41(2), 48(4), 61(3), 64(3), 90(3), 90(4), 91(1), 91(2), 91(3), 93(2), 93(3), 96(2), 97(9), 111(2), 226, 251, and 252 of Act No. 311/2001 Collection of Laws - Labour Code. Regulates, inter alia, duty of employer to take into account health and mental capacity of employee when concluding work contract, and obligation of employer to provide employees whose working shift extends six hours with break for rest and food or meal for 30 minutes. Also regulates conclusion of agreement on work activity for fixed time period. |
