Abstract/Citation
Chapter 7 defines the health conditions and professional qualifications required in order to be eligible to work as a member of crew of a vessel. Chapter 8 defines the working relations as well as the working conditions of crewmembers, including duties as well as medical care he/she shall be entitled to.
