| Résumé/Citation: | Sets forth National Environmental Management Principles which shall apply to all bodies of the State and establishes a National Environmental Advisory Forum. Also provides for conflict resolution with regard to environmental disputes and obligations to prevent environmental damage. S. 29 provides that no person may be civilly or criminally liable or be dismissed from employment for refusing to perform work which he or she believes to be hazardous to the environment. S. 31 extends similar protection to persons who report environmental dangers. |
