| Résumé/Citation: | Amends the Public Service Act, 1994 to readjust the functions of heads of provincial administrations, to further regulate the functions and conditions of service of provincial departments and conditions of employment of heads of organizational components, and to provide for the appointment of persons on the grounds of policy considerations. Also makes consequential amendments the Public Service Commission Act, 1997, and to the Public Service Laws Act, 1997. |
