| Résumé/Citation: | Issues a new official consolidation of the Penal Code. S. 1 provides that only acts declared illegal before their commission may be punished. Ss. 84-86 prohibit participation in political organizations which are declared illegal by the Constitutional Court or which are against international peace. Part 13 prohibits sexual abuse of children, pimping, and trafficking of humans. The provisions regarding trafficking of humans and sexual misuse of children shall also apply to German perpetrators outside of Germany (ss. 5, 6). |
