Abstract/Citation
Inter alia, inserts a new s. 82a into Book Eleven of the Social Code regarding the payment of training benefit. Amends s. 5 of Book Eight of the Social Code regarding choice and preferences with regard to benefits for children and youth, and inserts new sections 78a-g regarding agreements on benefits and compensation. Also amends s. 231 of Book Six of the Social Code regarding the obligation of independent artisans to be insured.
