| Résumé/Citation: | Amends provisions of the Pension Funds Act, 1956 regarding, inter alia, payment of contributions to pension funds and the payment of benefits from one pension fund to another, the prohibition of a pension fund from investing or lending to the business of its members' employers any assets of that fund in excess of prescribed amounts, and the voluntary dissolution of a fund. Also repeals s. 19 of the Financial Institutions Amendment Act, 1992. |
