Modifies inter alia provisions of Section 10 relating to fellowships granted to apprentices. Amends Section 17 dealing with cash sickness benefits and various provisions concerning old-age benefit and disability benefit. Also modifies provisions relating to conditions of payment of social security contributions by small entrepreneurs.
