| Résumé/Citation: | Deals with safety and health prescriptions for work with screens. Declares the Decree on screen work also applicable to the mining industry. Provides that the State-supervision on mines shall control the observance of the Decree. Workers must be instructed on safety and health measures relating to the use of screens. The Works council shall be kept informed of all safety and health measures taken in enforcement of the Decree. |
