| Résumé/Citation: | Provides for establishment of a system of control of labour legislation and labour protection in enterprises and organizations. Fixes, inter alia, general tasks of labour inspection (protection of labour rights, safe conditions of work, protection against illegal actions of the employer), its functions and rights of inspectors. Repealed by Decree No. 799 of 5 May 2000 to repeal several Presidential Decrees relating to labour protection. |
