Abstract/Citation
Concerns disputes relating to the modification in the enterprise of economic and social labour conditions. Provides for the realization of conciliation procedures (section 4) and arbitration (section 5) between the workers or the trade union and the administration of the enterprise. Strike should only be an extreme measure for the settlement of a labour dispute (section 7). Defines the notion of illicite strike (section 9). Available in French. Repealed by Act No. 175-FZ of 23 November 1995 on the procedure of settlement of collective labour disputes.
