Résumé/Citation: Concerns employees working at home. During the first four weeks either the employer or the worker can terminate the contract with one day's advance notice. After that time the period of notice is two weeks, and can extend to as much as three months as the number of years of service increases. The Federal Act regarding protection against unlawful dismissal is not applicable to these contracts. The employer also must inform the employment service of a state when these contracts are concluded.
