| Résumé/Citation: | Implements EEC Guideline 89/48/EWG of 21 December 1988 concerning the recognition of diplomas for employment in the public sector. Degrees which required at least three years of vocational training shall be recognized if the holder is a citizen of an EU state, has a good knowledge of German, and would be eligible to work in the public sector in his or her home country. Sections 7-16 govern the recognition of law degrees. |
