| Résumé/Citation: | States that Parties are willing to intensify their trade relations. During the transition period of economic systems they may enter mutual contracts for supply of the most important goods. Both States agree to create favourable conditions supporting entrepreneurial structures and to engage in scientific technical cooperation especially in advanced technologies. |
