Résumé/Citation: | Amends the Publications Act, 1974, the Internal Security Act, 1982 and the Aliens Control Act, 1991 by abolishing certain restrictions on political parties and other organisations and on certain publications, objects, films and public entertainment. In order to eliminate discriminatory legislation, remove impediments to free political activity, and promote the objects of the Transitional Executive Council, this Act empowers the State President to repeal and amend certain laws in force in the Republic or in any area of the Republic, including self-governing territories. |
