| Résumé/Citation: | In particular, s. 1 amends the Act of 16 July 1982 on procedures governing asylum. In s. 2, the Employment Promotion Act of 25 June 1969 (LS 1969 - Ger. F.R. 1) is amended by inserting new subsections 1a to 1c in s. 19 regarding the waiting period or employment of persons seeking asylum, and by adding a reference to these new subsections in s. 5. |
