| Résumé/Citation: | Amends the National Education Policy Act 1967 so as, inter alia, to permit greater participation by the organised teaching profession in education and the training of teachers. Provides for the recognition by the Minister of Education and Culture of a body for the organised teaching profession. Abolishes the National Education Council and provides for the constitution of an ad hoc council. Governs other related matters. |
