| Résumé/Citation: | Under the authority of the Pension Funds Act, Regulation 28 of the regulations initially published as Government Notice No. 98 of 1962 is amended to prescribe maximum limits for the types of assets in which a registered pension fund may invest. The accompanying Schedule lists the categories of investments and the percentage amount of a pension fund which may be invested in each. |
