| Résumé/Citation: | Exempts from the application of s. 26(1) of the Groups Areas Act (Act 36 of 1966) certain persons, including a bona fide employee (other than a domestic servant) of a person lawfully occupying land or premises while such employee is on duty. Disqualified persons are not permitted on the land or premises between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Entry into force on 1 July 1986. |
