| Résumé/Citation: | Amends the Regulations promulgated by Government Notice No. R.235 of 21 February 1964, as already amended, in consequence of the promulgation of the Labour Relations Amendments Act, 1991. Amendments are chiefly concerned with procedures relating to application for an interdict or other order in the event of a strike or lock-out, the settlement of disputes concerning unfair labour practices, conciliation proceedings. |
