Supplements part 3 of Article 23 (Vocational training and Additional Vocational Training for Employment Service Authorities) of the Law On the Employment of the Population with a new paragraph on conditions of rotation for spouses of civil servants.
Supplements Articles 52 (Main State Guarantees for Civil Servants) of Law On State Civil Service with part part 1.1. Amends part 2, 3, 5, 7 and 8 of Article 60.1(Rotation of Civil Servants); repeals part 2.1.of Article 60.1, supplements part 7.1 and 9.1. of the same article with additional paragraphs.
