| Résumé/Citation: | Provisions of the Act are to enable long term unemployed regain access to the job market. Article 1. Amendment to the Social Code — Book II: § 16e Inclusion of the long-term unemployed: Beneficiaries of Unemployment allowance II out of work for at least two years can claim wage subsidies: 75% of the salary in the first year and 50% in second. Subsidy is accompanied by a compulsory vocational couching lasting at least six months § 16i Participation in the labor market: conditions to be met for wage subsidy Article 2. Amendment to the Social Code — Book II Article 3. Entry into force. |
