| Résumé/Citation: | In accordance with articles 12 and 15 of Housing Code, establishes the "Rules of providing conditions of accessibility of residential premises and common property in multi-apartment house for the disabled", which includes general provisions, the procedure of providing conditions of accessibility, the needs of the disabled for accessibility of residential premises and common property, requirements for adapting residential premises to meet the needs of the disabled. Also amends a number of government decrees. |
