Amends, inter alia, Law No.166-FZ of 15 December 2001 "On State Pension Insurance in the Russian Federation": namely adds new words to paragraph 3 of article 2 (General concepts used for the purposes of this law), makes wording changes in article 7 (Terms of appointment of pensions to federal state civil servants), article 14 (Pension amounts of federal state civil servants), article 21 (Average monthly wage from which the amount of pension of federal state civil servants is calculated). Also supplements the law with appendix establishing work experience of state civil service, of municipal service for appointment of pension for seniority.
Also amends Law No. 79-FZ of 27 July 2004 "On State Civil Service": namely rephrases part 1 of article 251 (Age limit of exercising civil service).
Also amends Law No. 400-FZ of 28 December 2013 "On Insurance Pensions": namely, adds part 1 (1) to article 8 (Terms of appointing insurance pension for the elderly); makes wording changes and supplements to articles 15 (Amounts of insurance pensions), 22 (Periods of appointment of insurance pension), 24 (Suspension and restart of payment of insurance pension), article 25 (Termination and restart of payment of insurance pension); supplements the law with an appendix establishing the age from which insurance pensions for the elderly are appointed in the period of holding state, municipal service positions as deputies.
Also amends article 17 (Implementation of expected period of payment of cumulative pension) of Law No. 424-FZ of 25 December 2013 "On Cumulative Pensions": namely makes wording changes to part 2, supplements with new part 3 on appointment of pension for insured persons.
