Résumé/Citation: Rephrases article 145 which now reads: "Terms of wage payment of managers, their deputies, chief accountants and members of collegial executive bodies who have signed employment contract"; also makes wording changes, inter alia, in articles 168 (Compensation of expences of official business trips), 169 (Compensation for expences of moving to work in other place), adds part 2 to article 278 (Additional reasons for termination of employment contract with the head of an organization), also introduces additional words to articles 323 (Guarantees for medical provision), 325 (Compensation of expenses for payment of fare and baggage to the place of vacation and back), 326 (Compensation of expences of moving); introduces wording changes into articles 349(1) , 349(2) on the peculiarities of the regulation of employment of workers of state corporations, public-law companies, state pension fund, federal fund of compulsory medical insurance and other companies founded by the Russian Federation, 349(3) (Restriction of amounts of leave allowances, compensations and other payments with regard to termination of employment contracts of certain categories of workers); also introduces new article 349(5) (Providing information on average monthly salaries of heads, their deputies and chief accountants of organization on information communication set of "Internet").
