| Résumé/Citation: | Sets the amount of the lump-sum payment on behalf of funds of maternal (family) capital for the persons who have been granted state certificate for maternal (family) capital in accordance with the Federal Law "On Complementary Measures of State Assistance for Families with Children". Also regulates the terms and procedure of appointing and granting of lump-sum payments. Provisions of this law are in force until 1 July 2016. |
