| Résumé/Citation: | In view of harmonizing national Cypriote legislation to the provisions 8.3, 12.3 (2nd phrase) and 15.2 (2nd phrase) of the Directive 2008/115/EC on common standards and procedures in Member States for returning illegally staying third-country nationals, the Law introduces the following amendments to the Aliens and Immigration Law: - amendment of article 18P (3rd phrase), concerning the procedure of ordering deportation in case of non compliance with the return decision; - and replacement of Appendix X. |
